MAIN PURPOSE
As part of the Merchandising & Marketing Department for Cartier South East Europe, the Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator will report to the Head of Marketing & Merchandising and will support the team in building and implementing the Product Strategy across the region. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in September 2024 , the position is based in Milan.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Product Strategy
Support Marketing & Merchandising teams in building and implementing the Product Strategy across the region. Support Marketing & Merchandising teams in building product sales forecasts for range & novelties for all channels. Propose actions to support sales and maximize product visibility across all networks. Stock & Assortment Management
Support Merchandising Team in building assortments by boutiques and watch specialists. Monitor boutique stock levels/assortments & sales to determine optimal product mix. Identify sales opportunities by analyzing stock & needs, propose assortment adjustments. Monitor product life cycle and organization of the returns of the old collections. Support PR in endorsement and consignments. Continuous Improvement of Processes
Work proactively on cross-function projects with Communication, Omnichannel, Visual Merchandising and Operation teams. Build automated reports for Merchandising and Marketing team. Active participation in strategic projects
Manage Internal Sales topics. Support Leather Straps Manager in building the right assortment and daily tasks. Collaborate with Omnichannel, Communications, Visual Merchandising and Operations team to reach strategic goals. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

At least a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, store planning, buying and/or supply chain, operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a structured approach. Ability to build business strategies and plans related to stock/sales. Ability to quickly learn new software applications, excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel, Analysis and PowerPoint. Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
