Equity Flow Derivatives Sales Assistant International Volunteer Program|Milano|Retail & online banking Equity Flow Derivatives Sales Assistant Milano, Italy International Volunteer Program Retail & online banking Responsibilities Typical tasks and day-to-day responsibilities will include:• Help the three senior sales in their daily interaction with institutional clients on the primary market activity related to the issuance of a structured products (pre trade, trade, post trade)• Pricing of derivatives exotic solutions, daily interaction with the Paris or London trading teams• Strong link with the marketing and Global Research team in order to help the sales in the ideas generations• Documentation generation • Management of the onboarding new clients• Setup and development of dedicated reporting to Sales ManagerThe candidate will acquire proper skills useful to behave in a dynamic and international environment. He will improve his/her analysis skills, the marketing knowledge and how to manage complex processes dealing with multiple internal and external resources. Profile required PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University in business or finance or economics. A previous experience ( as trainee) in Financial Markets, better if in structured products in Financial Markets, better if in structured products, is appreciatedYou speak English fluently and a good level of Italian, French is a plusYou are proficient with Microsoft Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint).The VIE assignment in a nutshellThis VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
