Responsibilities At Societe Generale, you will be joining the Coverage and Investment Banking division (COV). COV offers a global advisory approach focused on strategic dialogue with clients. Building on long-term relationships based on trust, COV offers clients the whole range of services offered by the Group, with a particular focus on investment banking and commercial banking activities.

You will be working within the Global Coverage Support team, dedicated to the support of coverage bankers in charge of relationships with large corporate clients in Italy, within the Corporate & Investment Banking department ("COV").
During your V.I.E., your main mission will be to provide support to the Corporate & Investment Banking (COV) team of bankers in charge of the coverage of a portfolio of clients in Italy. Three categories of tasks are mainly involved:
Management of data on revenues and assets on the portfolio of clients (review, control, forecast and reporting), and management of the internal client database referential for this portfolio.Structuration and implementation of loans with coverage, notably calculation of profitability, review of loan documentation with clients, legal advisers and business lines, implementation of loans liaising with back-office.Commercial support of bankers, including liaison with product lines, participation in the production of pitch presentations for client meetings, writing internal memos on client relationships and strategy.Profile required PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
