Our 9000+ colleagues of 105 nationalities are united by a shared independent spirit and commitment to excellence, striving to continuously enrich our Maison's heritage by pushing the boundaries of creativity.MAIN PURPOSEAs part of the Strategic Projects team in the role of V.I.E - Client Data Knowledge Coordinator, you will support the Strategic Projects Client Analytics Manager in analysing our clients' profile, building monitoring dashboards and ensuring our database quality both in Italy and Greece and in an omnichannel perspective.
You will be in direct contact with boutiques, commercial marketing departments, Europe regional teams and Headquarters.
The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months, is based in Milan and ideally starts as soon as possible.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?CLIENT DATA, PROFILING KNOWLEDGE:Build and monitor client profile analysis for strategic documents and projects and adhoc requests, in collaboration with management and other teams (commercial, marketing).Participate in setting client KPIs in an omnichannel landscape and monitor performance across all channels (retail, e-commerce external partners).Review yearly documents and build a relevant synthesis to share locally.Proactively suggest and build adhoc analysis in order to improve our clients' knowledge.Support CRM team in the monitoring of clienteling performance.Collaborate with High End team to identify high potential clients on a regular basis.DATABASE MANAGEMENT OPTIMISATION:Ensure growth and quality of our database through the Data Quality project: training newcomers, set and monitor monthly KPIs, support retail teams, and liaise with all stakeholders: Central and Europe teams, commercial marketing teams, store teams.Monitor the client registration tool: support store teams in flagging and escalating app bugs and possible improvements, follow-up on enhancement requests and projects, train newcomers and monitor the tool usage by key users.Clean and ensure database accuracy: deduplication of client accounts.Identify potential areas of improvement.REPORTING AUTOMATION DATA ANALYSIS:Build, update and improve relevant dashboards to automatise performance monitoring on a weekly/monthly basis.Identify relevant strategic KPIs based on strategic objectives projects, and synthesize performance in recurrent automatic reports.Test and review central dashboards to adapt them to the market, participate in enhancements and identify potential improvements.CHANGE MANAGEMENT:Be the voice for the client data team, diffuse a data-oriented performance mindset across the different teams (commercial, marketing, store teams).Support boutiques and retail partners in training them regularly on data topics and building synthetic documents to follow-up on their clients' profile and KPI performance.Become the "Champion" of the market: training for newcomers, support all users and handle technical requests, identify bugs and areas of improvement.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?At Cartier, we are free spirits, exploring a world of possibilities.

To contribute to team success, we expect the following:At least a Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills: complex analysis, analytics frameworks, translating results into actionable recommendations.
Able to join technical understanding with business needs.Experience in supporting and implementing complex data management systems and maintaining high-standard data security practices.Solid understanding of the luxury industry.Experience with Data visualization and analytics tool: preferably Looker (would be a big plus), SQL notions are also appreciated.
