Job Description
POSTE ET MISSIONS
Providing support to the Head of Italy Portfolio and more specifically: assessing the credit risk of potential and existing Italian Corporate clients through a qualitative and quantitative analysis of all financial data (annual reports, financial statements, business plans, credit/equity researches, etc.) oriented to draft credit applications and propose/revise internal ratings; Providing an independent and written credit analysis to support credit process and Origination teams; Line by line management of the whole corporate portfolio, both for cash financings and other bank's products by carrying annual reviews, covenants management, waivers or amendments, watchlists (in due time); Assisting in Portfolio Opinions on new proposed cash financings into ESG trajectory, with strong focus on the portfolio greenification strategy of the bank, scarce resources management into Basel 4 and portfolio metrics' assessment; Credit monitoring with a risk anticipation/optimization approach via a proactive portfolio management (distribution via secondary sales and other alternatives solutions of credit recycling); Periodic reporting on Global Italian Portfolio with a centralized insight on all the assets split by Business Lines, with complete analysis on key indicators on a current and forward-looking basis; Support French Real Estate Portfolio team - based in Paris - on Italian Real Estate files. This position is based in Milan with the possibility of remote work.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor's degree/Master of Science degree in relevant field (Finance, Economics, etc.); Proficiency in IT applications (MS Office, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, FactSet, etc.); Fluency in English and a good knowledge of Italian, both written and spoken; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proactive attitude and natural inclination towards a cross-border/cross-functional team-based collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
