The V&A ISIT Team ensures that all V&A's are successfully integrated into Accenture, working with teams across CIO, Technology and Information Security to fulfill Accenture's Acquisition Cyber Enablement (ACE) capability. YOU ARE: You have a passion for acting as the go-to person for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations related to ongoing projects. You partner with others on the project team to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. THE WORK: The V&A IT Project Coordinator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Assisting the project manager in planning, organizing, and controlling the project activities. - Help create and maintain project plans. - Coordinate project team activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Preparing reports and presentations for project stakeholders. - Scheduling project meetings and leading project meetings delegated by the project manager. - Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying issues, developing solutions, and escalating to the appropriate person when necessary. - Primary point of contact to coordinate Tech Enablement activities including creating and distributing IDs, laptop order and shipping, mobile phone migrations and conversion activities. - Contribute to process improvement activities and creation of training documentation.
