We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work across new product launches.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with the rest of the Design team, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Tech teams to translate business and user requirements into workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
You will design, simplify, and improve the user experience to strike a balance between our consumer needs and business goals.
You will have experience working with design software, wireframe, and interactive prototyping tools.
You will generate and turn into design concepts ideas for improving the user interface and user experience in the fields of software development and business intelligence.
What you'll need to be successful in the role: A basic knowledge about responsive web design and interaction design. Be able to learn new skills and knowledge, picking up on business challenges quickly. UI and visual skills including tools like Sketch, Figma, Webflow, or similar. Be able to develop UI mockups and prototypes to clearly illustrate how the final products function and look. Be able to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps when needed. Be able to take ideas straight to the design phase where appropriate. Be able to conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Be able to adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors, etc. Proficiency in the English language. It'd be great if you also had... Experience with data visualization. Experience with working in any BI tool. Basic HTML skills. Experience with Jira or similar Project Management tools. Experience facilitating workshops. Basic knowledge of UX User Testing practices.
