In, thanks to our 37. customers community, we made 25. people meet in 1.600 events and 90 travels.
For and the years to come, internationalization and therefore the transformation into a European scale up awaits us, were excited!
What we are looking for Despite the Covid-19 pandemic that spread this year in Italy and worldwide, we managed to double our revenues and to expand our internal team of colleagues.
Thats why we are looking for a UX|UI Designer to join our amazing Product Team in order to scale-up our core products:
website, mobile app and the back-office web app.

What will you do
Role highlights Convert users problems into intuitive, functional and user-friendly designs
Create a cohesive experience throughout our channels (web - app) and across the user journey
Be responsible for the design system, its maintenance and improvement
Take an active role in discovery initiatives:
User Journey definition, User Interviews and idea generation sessions
Collaborate with the product team to put forward new strategic initiatives
Be a team player in the relation with stakeholders, product manager and engineers to discover and define users problems and solutions
Be the owner of the product end-to-end
Together with the Product Manager have an active role in the prioritization process
Requirements and Attitude:
Minimum 3 years of experience
Know how to build and maintain a design system
Know how to conduct and moderate workshops
Know how to putforward product discovery activities and conduct qualitative testing
Have a good understanding of A|B Testing
Master Figma, Invision & Sketch
Have a portfolio of previous project that demonstrate your skills in UX|UI
Be open-minded, purpose-driven and curious
Great communication and synthesis skills
Be fluent in English
Nice to have Knowledge of foundations in coding and the development of interaction design, HTML and CSS, is advantageous.
Experience with Principle and Flinto would be largely appreciated
