Ux/Ui Designer - Applications

Job Description: We are looking for a UX/UI Designer that will work in a team dedicated to Enterprise Applications .
DXC's Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; Applications Management.
Role And Responsibilities
Design and develop the visual design for projects delivered for customers.
Interact with project roles as required to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
Create wireframes, storyboards, design systems, UI mockups, and prototypes.
Understand and use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems.
Support the developer team to create platforms, applications, and client services.
Manage accessibility and usability tests with the team and client.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Engineering, Product Design, or equivalent experience in the design field.
Appreciated experience in front-end development/programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, along with collaborative platforms like Miro, Mural, or FigJam.
Good knowledge of accessibility and usability standards (WCAG 2.1, W3C, Legge Stanca, AgID Guidelines).
Preferred accessibility and usability certifications.
Proficient in English.
Work Location: Rome with remote work possibility.
