**Who we are looking for**
**Within the AmplifonX unit - in charge of shaping the whole customers' and employees' experience on all the digital touchpoints and tools involved in our **CX - **w **e are looking for **an **experienced and **talen **te **d **UX Researcher that will join the Digital Experience team **, that will be**:
- **A **Team player, able to establish and manage relations within and outside his own team **;**:
- **A **n **accountable **Leader, **supporting and defending **strategic decision based on objective behaviours and needs;**:
- **A great communicator **and a facilitator **, able to organize focus group, workshops, round tables, and able to transmit, explain and present insights and results;**:
- **A Creative **thinker, able to define which **are **the meaning **ful UX KPIs to be researched and design the perfect research to get them **, always maintaining a user
- **centred **design approach **.
**What you bring**:
- **5+ years of proven UX Design Research in complex environment, multiple countries, and different business models;**:
- **Experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, using also mixed approaches depending on the goals to be achieved;**:
- **Ability to address **, master and **collect benchmarks, market research, ethnographic studies **, UX heuristics **;**:
- **Full knowledge and understanding **of Data Driven Design, to define and unveil KPIs useful to support the UX/UI activities;**:
- **Deep knowledge of UCD approach and UX/UI Design language and disciplines **;
***Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies to **craft **workshops **and collaborative meetings to gather insights and **assist **the UX/UI team generating ideas and solutions **.
