Responsibilities & Main Tasks: As our new Mid/Senior UX Designer, you'll contribute significantly to the design of a complex Structural Analysis/Finite Element Modeling software (FEM).
Your key responsibilities will include defining product goals, user flows, information architecture, and creating low/mid-fidelity prototypes.
Working in tandem with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Team Leaders, and UI Designers will be essential to achieve the best results.
You'll also produce high-quality deliverables at operational and strategic levels.
Finalizing your designs by producing developer documentation and following up on tasks is an essential part of your role to ensure accurate implementation.
Your role is pivotal in bridging design and development, making your contributions vital to our success.

Skills Up-to-date knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use Figma, LucidChart, Adobe CC; A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting comparative research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns; Technical knowledge of the development process: we won't expect you to write code, but you will need to be able to dialogue with developers efficiently; Curiosity and exceptional analytical skills; Very good level of spoken and written English (we are an international team!).
Nice to have: Experience with 3D modeling software and/or Gaming Industry; Experience with data visualization and/or technical subjects; You're fascinated by people and psychology; We value a Degree or certified courses in User Experience Design / Interaction Design / Web Design / Digital Graphic Art and Multimedia or similar.
