Contribute to better healthcare in innovative ways and become part of our team now!Your Contribution:Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from product management and development to create sophisticated UX concepts for our new cloud software, coordinating with the central UX team.Hands-On: Based on personas and use cases, you will develop workflow-oriented user interfaces for desktop computers and tablets.Realization: You will implement your developed and visualized concepts using appropriate tools as wireframes, mockups, click-dummies, or complex interactive prototypes.Smart and Agile: Additionally, you will support context analyses, user research (surveys, expert evaluations, usability tests, user profile and task analyses), and usability testing—your feedback will be integrated into the next iteration.What You Bring:Background: Completed training, e.g., as a media designer or a degree in IT/media design, communication design, or a related field.Know-How: Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, and agile product development.Understanding and Experience: Familiarity with design systems, style guides, UI patterns, and templates, as well as supporting their consistent application and further development.Skillset: Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools like InVision, etc.Creativity: Technical understanding, high creativity, and a sense for UX design that helps you implement the developed concepts as described.Communication is Key: Fluent German and good English skills round out your profile.Please only apply if you can commit to 3 days per week of onsite work and if you are fluent in English.We create the future of e-health.
