Doctolib is looking for a motivated intern in Milan to join our user researcher team within the design team.
In this role, you will be working closely with user researchers for Doctolib's core mission of improving healthcare for both patients and practitioners.
You´ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working aside Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers, and User Researchers of course.

**What you will do**
- Recruit and handle participants by resorting to our practitioners' and patients' communities.
Follow-up the recruitment and relationship with recruiting Agencies if not done in-house.
- Support of ongoing quantitative and qualitative research activities, including user interviews (ie.
note taking), co-creation workshops (i.e.
help on co-moderation, equipment installation), moderated and unmoderated usability testing and surveys.
- Support in the analysis phase (surveys, interviews, usability test) and report drafting in a clear and convincing way.
- Support inclusion of insights in the research repository.
- Support and facilitate the work of researchers by documenting processes and facilitating the management of research tools (Survey Monkey, Maze, Dovetail, Miro).
- Help scaling the research in Italy by supporting the italian research team on: creation of template, automation of UR ops process, support to Italian stakeholders with User Researchers.
**Your skills**
- You have knowledge about user experience research, user-centered design and or market research
- You have a BA/BS degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, social sciences or another relevant field
- You speak Italian and English fluently.
Fluent Italian is mandatory: all the research activities with participants will be held in Italian.
- You feel comfortable dealing with people you've never met before.
In case you have to take on an interview by yourself.
- You have a user-centric mindset, and have good communication skills.
- You are highly motivated to support user researchers and also actively propose solutions.
It would be a (much appreciated) plus if:
- You have a minimum previous experience in applying/using the fundamental research methods (interviews, observation and analysis of activities' outcomes);
- You have any previous experience on healthcare projects (patient and/or practitioner-related) to show us or a general understanding of the healthcare industry.
- You have a general knowledge of the following tools: Survey Monkey, Maze, Dovetail, Miro
You could also consider to identify a topic for your Master thesis among the projects you'll be working.
