Job Description:
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world-class training, and be part of a community of students across TD, where you will have an impact, grow as an individual and experience our culture of care.
Role:
Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the-job experience and features:
Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organizationLunch and Learns on topics such as Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion, and Personal BrandingAt TD, we have the customer at our core. And that includes their online banking experience with us. Alongside a collaborative team of UX and UI designers, as well as supportive leaders, you'll have opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference to our customers via their day-to-day banking needs.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Design, Interaction Design, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Design Strategy, User-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fieldMust be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)A passion for great design and an eagerness to learnResourcefulness and willingness to adapt to processes to meet project needsAbility to articulate design approaches and rationales to colleagues and stakeholdersDrive to collaborate, be curious, and foster collaborationSelf-motivated, organized, and accountableConceptual ideation and visualization skillsEagerness to problem solve in a collaborative environmentVersatility and flexibilitySome experience with UX-related software packagesRole will require use of the Figma application and similar design toolsHigh visual acuity is a position requirement.Coursework demonstrating a range of conceptual and UX design abilities, and how you worked with peers as part of a teamNice to Have: Sketching skillsDigital prototypingExperience working in a hybrid environmentAdditional Information:
This position is a 4-month work term and will commence January 6th - April 25th, 2025.
