**Who We Are**:
HII Mission Technologies (HII-MT), is currently seeking a Unit Program Support technician to work out of the 56th Rescue Squadron, Aviano AB, Italy.
HII MT helps solve tough national security challenges for the Department of Defense, the intelligence community and federal civilian agencies. **What You Will Do**:
- Administer unit support programs such as (but not limited to) task management, drug
demand reduction, fitness, safety, security, and Automated Data Processing Equipment
(ADPE) accounts.
- Serve as the primary source of information regarding unit support programs, to include
the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other
correspondence.
- Assist the commander/director, in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to
include administrative training, security, development of organizational operating
instructions and regulations, and personnel assistance.
- Act as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel; orient them regarding the
basic functions of the organization; introduce them to key personnel; and, schedule their
initial training/orientation requirements. Propose alternate approaches to management to
more efficiently operate programs.
- Assist in planning for and coordinating the implementation and compliance with higher
echelon policy and procedural requirements in the area of administration.
- Disseminate information concerning new or changed procedures/regulations. Based on
administrative support program requirements, determine administrative policies and
procedures.
- Train, orient, and oversee the duties and work products of squadron POCs. Suspense
and/or prioritize work. Assign suspenses to all staff personnel to support the
commander/director.
- Conduct reviews and briefings on all facets of management functions with
recommended courses of action for resolving problems.
- Develop and implement procedures to track program status and maintain program
health.
- Communicate requirements and provides guidance to squadron members.
- Advise the commander/director on policy and executes directives through the
establishment of procedures for associated program.
- Ensure assigned members are aware of individual requirements established by law
and/or policy.
- Serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
- Assist the commander/director in the performance of administrative functions associated
with the supervision of military and civilian employees (i.e. coordinating personnel
assignments, promotions, and performance evaluation products, etc.).
- Monitor personnel action requests, tracks personnel, manpower, and training
transactions as documentation flows through the squadron and provide status reports to
management.
- Monitor the timeliness, accuracy, and transmittal of performance reports IAW
established guidelines.
- Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff in the organization on administrative, clerical, and
procedural requirements.
- Assist other clerical staff in locating and selecting the appropriate guidelines, references,
- Update tracker or suspense files for unclassified documents as required. IAW
established procedures, prepare, consolidate, submit, and maintain time and attendance
records.
- Assist project officer in arranging for command sponsored events ensuring proper
protocol is followed.
- Monitor level of office supplies, printing support, and related materials and services.
- May be responsible for the receipt, control, logging, and safekeeping of classified material
received. Squadron leadership will work with the COR to determine when and if this
responsibility will be assigned.

- 0 years with Bachelors Degree or HS diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience.
- Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
