The IT Application Lead is responsible for providing support for new implementations and ongoing maintenance for application assets, interacting both technical and functional teams to ensure tasks are being delivered as planned, acting as a key contributor for go-live and ongoing support and assist in the planning for strategic initiatives and global operations. The IT Application Lead works with business to understand the functional processes and translate that understanding into business and technical requirements, assessing solution options, formulating plans and working with the business on application changes.
