The Up & Cross Selling Representative actively contributes to the business growth through : Up selling activities: identify opportunities to upsell existing customers by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions through an outbound and inbound activity Cross selling activities: analyze customer usage patterns and recommend relevant solutions Maintain a deep understanding of DKV Mobility's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the overall customer experience Manage customer conditions in the CRM and other sales tool Prior experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Comfortable in using sales tools and CRM systems ( MS Dynamics ) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English ( at least B2 ) Proactivity and curiosity Determination in achieving KPIs and Targets Team player Comfortable using sales tools and CRM systems We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
