Make your mark in Underwriting AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact The primary responsibilities of the position include all sales servicing aspects, including:
Customer care: Interacting with agents and sub-agents regarding the functionalities of AIG Advisors' platform, including serving as support to the Sales Manager in tutorial/training activities for sub-agents.Sales support: Serving as the first point of contact for the resolution of procedural conflicts or process clarifications, and monitoring and enhancing intermediaries' productivity.Underwriting support: Acting as a facilitator in supporting intermediaries and underwriters in solving underwriting issues (i.e., handling submissions that fall outside the platform's automation).Reporting: Assisting in administrative tasks such as production reports and ad hoc reports.Acting as backup for activities performed by the OPERATION & SALES support staff when required.What you'll need to succeed At least 2-3 years of work experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an agency or broker company.Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, and PPT).Strong administrative and communication skills.Client-oriented attitude.Good level of English and fluency in Italian.Reimagining insurance to make a bigger difference to the world American International Group, Inc.
