You will join the Middle Office team, within AXA XL Italy Operations department, that aims to provide a high-quality service for our clients, activating and managing insurance contracts lifecycle on complex risks.
Providing efficient administrative services, you will deal with brokers and large clients within an international environment with the aim of solving contractual situations and every need of our customers at national and international level.
You will have the opportunity to work with all insurance departments from Underwriters, Finance and Claims, also communicating with our colleagues in other countries to manage Global Programs.
What will your essential responsibilities include? Ensure that administrative processes related to the complete policy lifecycle are efficiently managed from A to Z, with a high level of quality service to internal and external stakeholders.Check the conditions of acceptance of the customer's request, interacting with external subjects (brokers) and internal subjects (underwriters, network partners).Be the point of reference for external and internal subjects, as well as colleagues abroad for the management of international customers.Monitor, plan and issue contractual documents, coordinating with your supervisor, your team and internal and external subjects of the Company.Manage and monitor the evolution of performance through the data provided by company systems, in terms of quality, speed and customer needs.This position reports to Operations Team Leader P&C, Construction - Italy.
We are looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills: Knowledge of insurance policy forms and policy administration. Experience of working on Global insurance programme in Property and Casualty will be a plus.Knowledge of the insurance regulatory system and Underwriting process with regards to the following areas: Submission/Quotes; Risk specifics, basic pricing principles; Global Programmes, structuring, compliance principles; Reinsurance concepts (FAC RI, Captive, Treaties etc.); Domestic market specifics and customs.Awareness of compliance procedures & regulatory reporting requirements.Communicate and work in Italian and English.Experience in administration/client service function with negotiation skills to use with external stakeholders (brokers, insureds).Self-organization skills to manage assigned portfolio of accounts, to-do's and working to various deadlines, keeping track of in- and external correspondence.MS Office knowledge – particularly Excel.Work in a team with people with different skills, expertise, from different places and cultures to achieve collective goals.Adapt quickly to changes, show appetite for the unknown, learn in all circumstances.FIND your future AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
