Underwriter Project & Infrastructure Finance (Hybrid work, 80 - 100%) About the Role
This is an opportunity to join the Project & Infrastructure team of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
You will be fully involved in live transactions, as follows:
Transaction assessment: Analysis of technical, market and legal due-diligence Analysis of cash flow models Industry analysis Presenting transactions for approval: Preparation of credit memoranda Presentation of memoranda to credit committee Transaction execution: Review and execution of transaction documentation Portfolio management: Review of transaction performance over time Analysis of industry trends Involvement in portfolio projects on a case-by-case basis About the Team
Working with a diverse range of financial institutions, we deploy capital in Project and Infrastructure Finance transactions.
The team was established c. 17 years ago and currently comprises 12 professionals.
