Job TitleUltrasound Application Specialist (South Italy)Job DescriptionUltrasound Application Specialist: Promoting and training on clinical utilization of Philips Ultrasound Solutions to Radiologists, Cardiologists, and other Clinical Users.In this way, the Application Specialist ensures that customers are properly trained to optimally use the Applications, improve clinical effectiveness, and maximize customer satisfaction.Your role:Being the clinical referent for Ultrasound within the territory of competence (South Italy).Training customers and being responsible for ensuring that customers are properly trained in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered.Supporting the sales process for both direct and indirect channels by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for the installed base, and advising the marketing force during tenders and system promotions.Providing feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit.Supporting new product launches and providing required applications report on completion of all application visits.You're the right fit if:Master's Degree level education or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, or Sonography.Background knowledge and experience in Clinical Ultrasound Application is a nice to have.2-3 years of experience in the clinical field.Willingness to travel around South of Italy is required.Advanced English, verbal and written, in addition to Italian as the local language.Geographical Area: South of Italy, preferably based in Naples.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
