**Job Description**:
**Mandatory**:
We only evaluate profiles that will send us a strong portfolio in order to understand both background and personal style; a successful portfolio will demonstrate UI/UX case studies of projects for mobile platforms, good icons, illustrations, language and graphic design.
**Main Responsabilities**:
1)Create and iterate user-centered interfaces combining creativity with an awareness of all the game design elements;
2) Create visually appealing art assets (e.g.
menus, buttons, icons, characters, illustration);
3) Collaborate with all production team to carry the design from concept to final implementation;
4) Understanding all product requests and translate them into high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flowcharts, storyboards and prototypes;
5) Work closely with all product team, especially customer care, to receive and transpose users' suggestions into new features and/or UI/UX optimizations;
6) Train your product sensibility in order to constantly improve the final outcome
**Qualifications**:
1) Degree/certificate in Design, Fine Arts or related field;
2) 3-5 years of experience as UI/UX Designer for mobile apps or websites or similar role;
3) Solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop) and drawing skills;
4) Past experience on quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, or equivalent;
5) Worked in a product team, knowing internal processes and communication flow among members;
6) Nice to have past experience on transitions and interactive mock-up/wireframe;
7) English fluent, Italian is a plus
