We're seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong capability in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance our online presence and customer experience.
This is a** full-time** **remote contractor position.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and design high-performance customer acquisition and retention pages with a focus on CRO, such as Landing Pages, Sales Pages, Listicles, and Advertorials.
- Redesign and optimize our current digital assets for improved user experience and conversion rates.
- Offer creative and effective design solutions.
- Conduct thorough user research to understand customer preferences and behaviors.
- Provide recommendations on design elements such as typography, spacing, imagery, and overall page aesthetics.
- Collaborate with our in-house team to implement design changes and set up A/B tests.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong background in UI/UX design in the e-commerce sector.
- Experience with CRO principles and practices, focusing on design rather than data analysis.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Ability to translate customer needs and behaviors into tangible design improvements.
- Knowledge of working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
- Excellent design skills, proficient in Figma.
- Experience in Shopify is also preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage own projects and to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated.
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
