RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain consistent UI components and patternsDocument design decisions and guidelinesCollaborate with developers for smooth implementationConduct regular audits of design system usageParticipate in design reviews and provide constructive feedbackREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in UI Design, Graphic Design or related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in platform interface and mobile app design.Skilled at presenting complex design concepts in clear, compelling ways to diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, FigjamGood knowledge of Power PointDetermined, flexible, dynamic and precise person, endowed with strong communication skills, able to work in teams and for objectivesProven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder managementStrong consultative approach to understanding client needs and objectivesAdvanced English proficiency is a must for this positionQUALIFICATION
Strong expertise in designing complex data visualizations and chartsKnowledge of data visualization best practices and principlesUnderstanding of chart types and their appropriate use casesAbility to optimize charts for different screen sizes and devicesDeep understanding of design tokens and variablesKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practicesExperience with responsive design principlesAbility to create and maintain UI component librariesUnderstanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) for effective developer handoffExperience documenting design patterns and usage guidelinesAbility to create scalable and reusable componentsUnderstanding of atomic design principlesExperience with design QA and consistency checksStrong attention to detail and pixel-perfect executionExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationAbility to articulate design decisions and rationalesProblem-solving mindset with systematic thinkingSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsJOB TYPE AND SALARY
