YOUR TEAM The Innovation and Development Office, a part of the Technology Transfer Directorate at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT), is seeking to appoint two Junior Project Managers who will have a key research role in planning, managing, monitoring, and implementing the activities necessary for the successful completion of the Robotics and AI for Socio-Economic Empowerment Project for which IIT is the Coordinator. The Project aims to create and develop a highly attractive ecosystem for companies, investors, and researchers, both nationally and internationally, in the field of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Your main responsibilities will be: Supporting the technology transfer center coordinator in the development of activities. Coordinating with Principal Investigators and managers involved in the project, controlling the overall working plan and monitoring its proper implementation in terms of deliverables, milestones, and implementation of Work Packages objectives. Designing operative plans and tasks of the projects and ensuring their accomplishment according to the Technical Annex. Monitoring scientific, technical, and financial advancement, and supporting the Principal Investigator and managers in proposing modifications and new solutions to enhance project effectiveness. Managing communication and dissemination activities to develop information, training, and reporting material on technology transfer, targeted at all stakeholders. Overseeing the exploitation plan and activities aimed at developing an acceleration and incubation system. Supporting the drafting of data management planning and supervising the activities foreseen. Managing relations with all members of the Consortium Agreement and stakeholders. Collecting, reviewing, and submitting technical and financial reports, and other deliverables to the Funding Authority. Preparing meetings, proposing decisions, and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS A master's or bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines, economics, management, or a similar discipline. Experience in economic-financial planning for projects. Experience in strategy consulting. Experience in reporting and data analysis. A cooperative approach with stakeholders. Spirit of innovation and creativity. Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment. Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel. ADDITIONAL SKILLS An MBA or a Master's in Innovation will be considered a plus. Good competence in information search. Strong problem-solving attitude. High motivation to learn. Good time and priority management skills. Ability to work in a challenging and international environment.
