Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a TS/MS Molecular Steward that will support the deployment of the Technical Agenda initiatives in the Parenteral Area of Sesto Manufacturing Site. He/She will work in the coordination of some specific activities and will be responsible of document preparation, studies execution and report writing.
Key Responsibilities and Activities: Ensure the preparation and accuracy of periodic reports on product/process validation status. Provide technical support to production process teams and laboratories in case of chemical-physical issues. Manage product-related aspects in Technology Transfer projects and Tech Agenda Site projects. Coordinate periodic activities, draft, and present final conclusions. Participate in GPLOT meetings and interact with network figures (other Lilly sites, Contract Manufacturers, global functions), representing the Sesto site for the development of common projects and resolution of complex problems. Draft scientific studies on specific topics related to the process and/or product. Contribute to the creation and updating of registration dossiers in collaboration with the Regulatory team. Manage process validation activities. Provide mentorship to PT members on the production lines of the followed products. Basic requirements: Master's degree in scientific fields (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, CTF).
