Responsibilities and practiceThe Naples office of Dentons Cohen & Grigsby is seeking a mid-level or senior-level associate with excellent experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. Expected responsibilities include:
Drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related instrumentsDirect and frequent client interactionAdvising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategiesDesigning business succession strategiesCounseling fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trustsPreparing and reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returnsGeneral estate, trust and tax-related research and writingSupporting our litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administrationThis is a special opportunity to join a highly seasoned, sophisticated Estates practice and learn directly from accomplished, experienced practitioners.
