Descrizione azienda We act as a Business Partner in Search and Selection, through our specialized units: Companies - Executive & C-Level - HR, Finance & Accountancy - Technical & Engineering - Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain - IT & Digital Posizione For a client based in Milan we are looking for a: TREASURY SPECIALIST Key tasks: - Manage the day-to-day treasury operations, such as posting of customer receipts and supplier payments and related daily liquidity supervision and management; - Ensure reconciliation of all bank balances and timely uploading of bank statements into the Treasury Management System; - Manage the company s bank accounts, repository signatories, accesses, and bank related documentation in collaboration with our legal team; - Assist with month-end financial closing; - Provide data, analysis and reports to other departments or banks; - Strategic planning: prepare the annual, monthly and weekly forecast cash flow statement, defining the scope and nature of the monetary flows needed to carry out different activities; - Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requisiti · Degree in Economics or Finance is preferred; · Prior experience in treasury department ( 2-5 years); · Good familiarity with cash/bank management systems and knowledge of cash management processes and General Accounting principles; · Good fundamentals of financial statements analysis; · Excel proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office; · Fluent in English, German is a big plus; · Structured, independent way of working; · High flexibility; · Social competence, team player; · Show/assume responsibility; Pay grade and salary: They will be commensurate with the actual competence and experience level of the candidate (range 45/50K) Working place: Milan Working hours: Full time - Smart: 1 day per week Starting date: Immediate or according to the candidate's notice.
