Treasury Specialist

JOB PURPOSEReporting to the Accounting and Treasury Manager, the Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing operations related to the treasury function, including bank reconciliation and inflow and payment processing.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing the flow of payments from the authorizations to the bank transfers;Managing bank accounts and monitoring the movements;Ensuring that effective financial procedures and controls are in place;Acting in new projects to automate the flow of the treasury department;Supporting the development of a new ERP for treasury to pay suppliers, manage daily cash, and perform bank reconciliation.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSThe Treasurer will be evaluated based on the following:Accuracy (doing things right)Time Management (planning properly and respecting deadlines)QUALIFICATIONSProactive personWell organized and reliableExcellent communication and presentation skillsProblem-solving and analytical abilityKnowledge of Microsoft Office toolsPrevious experience in accounting or treasury department #J-18808-Ljbffr
