The Job holder respects the Compliance, Code of Conduct, Ethic Chart, HSE Chart and all procedures and rules of Affiliate and Group, promoting their diffusion and supervising their correct application by all employees.Bank account management (accounting records, checking bank conditions, checking account statements, calculating interest receivable and payable, managing relations with banks, etc.)Management of relations with the Group Treasury (SOFAX, TOTAL TREASURY, THEMIS)Treasury forecasts (monthly and annual)Payments management (document control and verification of documents relating to contracts)Internal Treasury Reporting, Group (DF)Management of active and passive guaranteesSOA/SOX controlsCash flow activities (daily, weekly, monthly)Control and updating of bank powersPayment control of invoices issuedPreparation of fund/reimbursements calls related to the credit line with SOFAXContext & EnvironmentTotalEnergies has been present in Italy for over 70 years.
