In line with its mission to serve the research community at large, HT operates National Facilities, specifically aimed at making HT's technologies, methods and tools available to the national scientific community.The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a Treasury Coordinator to work in the Finance Department.The role, reporting to the Accounting and Treasury Manager, will be involved in the day-to-day management of treasury activities.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Grant a correct process for treasury, ensuring compliance with FHT financial policies and procedures, and Italian accounting principles;Coordinate and develop the Treasury team;Perform payments in the ERP system;Daily posting and reconciliation of banking transactions and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and provision of supporting documentation;Manage bank account and payment processes through the online banking system;Assist the Accounting and Treasury Manager in forecasting cash flow positions and consequent funds needed for payments;Direct relationship with banks and maintenance of database of bank account details;Manage Bankitalia centralized bank account;Manage petty cash and bank credit cards for employees and reconcile positions at the end of the month and quarter.Mandatory requirements:University degree or diploma in areas such as Business Administration, Economics or Finance;At least 3 years of experience in Administration, Finance or Treasury;Good Excel knowledge;Fluency in Italian;Good English knowledge.Preferential requirements:Previous experience in preferably structured organizations, characterized by high management and organizational complexity;Knowledge of ERP System.Organizational and social skills:Proactive attitude towards work in general;Problem-solving mindset;Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.Application Instructions:Please apply online sending:a full CV;a motivation letter.WHY HUMAN TECHNOPOLE?Our working environment is international, friendly and inclusive.
