ABOUT THE ROLE JOB TITLE: Treasury Analyst LOCATION: Milano, Italy TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time, 1 year fixed term to start with; SALARY RANGE: €23-28k + BONUS AS FIXED TERM - FREELANCE TBD BASED ON SENIORITY What you'll do: Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity is sufficient to meet short-term and long-term needs.Treasury Operations: Oversee treasury operations, including cash positioning, funding requirements, and payment processing.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to cash management, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and variance analysis.Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.What we're looking for:At least 6 months/1 year of Finance experience and/or in the role.Background in Economics, Finance, or a related field.Excel and Microsoft Office package expertise.Precision and exceptional organizational skills.Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with others.Fluent in English.You will love working at WeRoad if:You are ambitious, want to build and be part of something huge, growing faster than you thought possible.You love travel and want to join a young, smart, and fun team of people who love it, too.You prefer adventure instead of daily routine and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You are an entrepreneur at heart and a self-starter and aren't afraid to take on a lot of responsibility, right from the start.You welcome feedback and see mistakes as stepping stones to success.What we can offer:A free WeRoad trip every year to the destination of your choice.
