Traveling Construction Superintendent

Our client is a Top ENR contractor seeking talented Traveling Superintendents across the country.
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and conducting inventory checks throughout the duration of the project.
You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site.
Requirements Associate's degree in construction management or similar equivalent experienceGrocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement project experienceExperience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCoreMust be willing to travelWhat You'll Do Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the projectServe as the leader for all on-site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involvedFoster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the projectCollaborate with project managers and site operation leadsOrganize facilities/utilitiesCompany Description At NCW, we do our best to provide the brightest talent to the best companies nationwide.
