Activities: Manage travel requests and create complete travel proposals throughout Italy.Interact with clients (they may be in different time zones).Manage accounts and the entire process with suppliers, down to basic accounting.Check and confirm availabilities, pricing and details with suppliers.Prepare contracts and collect payments.Follow through sold travel programs, suppliers' invoices and questions from customers.Respond to questions and sort issues and emergencies that may arise during travel, including off-hours (availability is scheduled).Support translations, preparation of documents and marketing materials, outreach, newsletter and social media activities. There may be the occasional need to assist and accompany clients on the ground.
RequisitiEnglish at a native or similar level (C1 or C2). Italian fluent as well (Not less than C1).3 years of experience in online and offline travel sales. Experience in luxury travel or tourism (especially in wine & food experiences) will be considered a plus.Precision, organizational skills, and enjoy working in a timely and efficient manner.Thorough knowledge of Italy.Willing to work in the office 5/5. Pay grade and salary: Permanent contract. Paygrade and salary commensurate with the actual competence and experience level of the candidate. Range: 25-35K, plus variable and benefits.
Working place: Firenze, town center.
Working hours: Full time. On site.
