CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati, the international design studio founded by MIT professor Carlo Ratti, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Travel Manager to join our team in Turin.

Responsibilities As our new Travel Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Booking and managing train and flight reservations for employees and partnersArranging accommodations for business travelBuilding and maintaining relationships with travel agencies while seeking new partnershipsHandling travel budgets and ensuring cost-effectivenessPlanning and organizing all travel necessities (phone plans, visas, etc.)Generating travel expense reportsOrganizing and overseeing the founder's travel calendarRequirements We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility and adeptness in managing unforeseen circumstancesExcellent proficiency in English; proficiency in a third language is preferredAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentWorking Hours: 09.30am – 6.30pm, Full Time
