- Coordinate our trucking and rail traffic
Your main task in this role is to be the person in charge of supporting both the truck and rail planning within a Transport Planning team of five people. As such, you need to be comfortable with below actions:
- Communicate with hauliers and our Customer Service teams
- Manage daily operations to optimize the equipment circulation via road and rail
- Perform costs administration and be able to escalate when necessary
- Arrange loading lists for train departures with focus on key customers and supplier commitments

Dedication meets communication

- Two years of experience working in transport planning for trucks or trains;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting software;
- Italian and English language skills, both verbal and written.
