YOUR ROLE Coordinate and support the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on-time Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensure availability of carriers Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders Keep and assure Master data updates Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool Manage transport complaints Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review YOUR SKILLS Master's degree in Management Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
