Main responsibilities To identify the key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography including emerging group of thought leaders as DOL and Rising StarsTo aggregate multiple data points and perform tracking activities analysis through CRMTo develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders aiming to generate customer insights and leverage business opportunitiesTo develop and maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic areaTo be responsible for implementing local KOL Engagement Plan by mixing channels that deliver an omnichannel engagement experience to customers in a personalized and value-added wayExecute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence generation, insight generation, and partnerships for the assigned brands in conjunction with in-country functionsExecute MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area. Execute training and development program in line with global strategy and local needsTo build up scientific network with the most relevant KOLs and scientific societies at regional and national levelTo attend appropriate national and international meetings and congressesTo cooperate with Market Access and Public Affair to implement regional strategyIn cooperation with the Medical Information Service, to provide response to Medical Information enquires, utilizing global medical information resources and in line with local regulatory requirementsAbout youExperience Previous and solid experience in the role of MSL or roles in Medical Affair Hematology is a plus; scientific knowledge in the Onco-Hematology field (experience in the field of haematopoietic stem cells transplantation is an advantage)Essential requirements To obtain excellent results in this role, you need to have experience in:
