We are looking for a Translation Project Manager (belonging to the protected categories Art. 1).
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects across multiple services and diverse client segments, guaranteeing timely execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and complying with budget limitations.
The position can be performed in full remote or hybrid mode.
Key responsibilitiesManage a diverse range of translation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines.Work closely with our team of professional translators, providing leadership and support to ensure efficiency and excellence in delivery.Directly engage with our extensive and esteemed client base, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) aspects of projects, ensuring financial objectives are met and optimizing cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to test and implement more efficient processes and workflows.The position will include the possibility to work on public holidays when needed.
RequirementsExperience in Localization and Project Management, with a thorough understanding of the localization process, belonging to the protected categories Art.Advanced proficiency in English, with additional language skills (preferably in German or French) considered a plus.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept in both written and verbal forms.Highly motivated, consistently aiming for results, and steadfastly goal-focused.Proficient in computer and web technologies.Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.Strong work ethic and effective collaborative teamwork.Robust ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently.Headquarter (Rome - Italy) Translated is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature where 5 luxury villas have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth.
