The position can be performed in full remote or hybrid mode.Key ResponsibilitiesConverting customer requests into price offers and offers into translation projects.Communicating with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and provide tailored and flexible solutions.Contributing to the profitability and success of projects, driving customer retention.Monitoring progress and reporting to your manager to discuss any needed strategic actions.The position may include the possibility to work on public holidays when needed.RequirementsExperience in Localization and Account Management, with a thorough understanding of the localization process.Advanced proficiency in English, with additional language skills (preferably in German or French) considered a plus.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept in both written and verbal forms.Preferred knowledge of the translation industry.Preferred knowledge of CAT tools.Proficient in computer and web technologies.Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.Strong work ethic and effective collaborative teamwork.Robust ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently.Translated is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature where 5 luxury villas have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth.
