Transformers Quality Control / Testing Specialist

For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice, we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who will perform factory acceptance tests.
Your responsibilities: Physical preparation of the unit in test according to company procedures;Tests execution, results analysis and validation, report preparation;Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems;Similar activities could be performed also at site before transformer energization (in Italy and Europe).Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field;Minimum 2 years' experience in testing; experience on transformers is a plus;Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment;Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the electrical industry;Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal;Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
