You will lead the Transformer Service Organization in Italy, based in Monselice, reporting to the Hub Europe Transformer Service Manager. Your focus will be implementing global service strategies, driving growth, and optimizing service resources to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities: Mission : Lead and grow the transformer service business in Italy, ensuring profitability and compliance with safety and integrity standards. Drive double-digit business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding into untapped markets (e.g., industry, data centers), and increasing market penetration. Full P&L accountability for meeting profitability and order intake targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, expanding the service portfolio and improving client satisfaction. Professionally manage daily operations to ensure growth, improve productivity, and ensure quality service execution. Develop and train your team to support business and personal growth. Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement service strategies and foster talent retention and acquisition. Key Performance Indicators : Safety, order intake, sustainable revenue growth, operational EBITA, cash flow, and margin improvement. Challenges : Driving business growth, fostering a proactive sales mindset, and navigating a complex organizational structure for rapid development in Italy. Qualifications: A Master's degree in engineering, with commercial expertise and experience in production, operations, or sales. Proven leadership experience with a focus on teamwork, business development, and growth. Strong customer orientation and proactive sales approach, with excellent relationship-building skills. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. More than 5 years of experience in managerial roles, particularly in first-line management.
