LHH is supporting an international client company in hiring a: Transformation Manager Responsibilities The Transformation Manager will be responsible for the following activities: Work closely and collaboratively with regional and country leadership to develop strategic plans and coordinate the strategic business planning process. Lead and execute impactful and effective change management initiatives and programmes, highlighting the benefits, costs, and risks. Be responsible for the successful delivery of transformation initiatives and the associated reporting activities. Develop decision templates (analysis and presentations) for the (top) management of the company. Provide hands-on project execution support and/or direct execution as project manager when required, bringing in and implementing your ideas. Coordinate with Regional and Country teams to increase operating efficiencies and profitability, translating into a set of optimisation measures (e.g. Procurement, Self-Delivery or SG&A). Collaborate with and support business lines to enhance the professionalization of people, processes, and output within the organization. Periodic reporting on optimisation & professionalisation measures. Support the transformation journey in Europe Africa, driving change and execution of our transformation plan. Support the definition and implementation of strategic goals. Develop an integrated program level plan and manage interdependencies and potential conflicts with work stream teams. Analyze root causes, scope, structure, and initiate transformation projects on a group level or in specific countries. Identify, quantify, and assess risks for improvement initiatives to optimize organizational and operational structures. Your Profile Application with the following requirements will be taken into consideration: 10 years of experience in Business Transformation & Strategy area. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Real Estate Management. Fluent English is mandatory.
