Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location: our offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna)Reporting into: Head of TaxTeam size: 5 resources (approx)Workplace Type: HybridContract Type: PermanentHere is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Report directly to the YNAP Group Head of Tax in the preparation of the Group Transfer Pricing documentationPerform Transfer Pricing analysis on intra-group transaction under the supervision of the Head of TaxLiaise in autonomy with the stakeholders involved (local and foreign BUs) in order to steer and monitor the Group Transfer Pricing CampaignPrepare Group Transfer Pricing documentation / supporting the Transfer Princing consultantsPrepare Group Transfer Pricing position for the HQ and the others subsDraft Transfer Pricing reports/analysis for Intragroup TransactionsSupport the Head of Tax in envisaging any Transfer Pricing potential risk in the GroupParticipate in cross-function Projects involving Transfer Pricing issues to propose solutions and to mitigate tax risksSupport the Head of Tax on international tax aspects related to the management of transfer pricing adjustmentsSupport the Head of Tax in managing tax inspection, assessment related to the TPTogether with the Head of Tax it could be evaluated the candidate involvement in other international or domestic corporate tax mattersThe type of person that we are looking for:Experience in Transfer Pricing in consultancy firm or corporate work environment (minum 2 years)Ability to work autonomously and take responsibilitiesProven ability at meeting deadlines and solving problemsExcellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to build good relationships being a collaborative team playerAbility to be flexible in a changing environment and work to strict deadlinesExcellent eye for detail and organisational skillsAbility to work hard as part of a growing teamProficiency both in Italian and English is a mandatory requirementAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
