We are looking for a Transaction Manager, Intern for our Work Dynamics business line.
Role Purpose
**The Intern will support the Transaction Management team in**:
Draft and review the accuracy of contract amendments (rent review, lease renewal) in the context of the underlying procedures, interfacing -in a guided mode
- with our Clients, internal and external stakeholders;
Monitoring -through the provided tools
- the strategic partnerships with the aim to support our Clients in achieving their ambitions to optimize their Global Portfolios, also participating to the meetings and to the redaction of the related reports and presentations;
Liaison with other in-house departments and external clients to ensure accurate and timely settlement of all transactions.
Support business case preparation;
Balance risk, agility, operational performance with the deep understanding of cost - saving and benefit requirements in the daily process of best in class practices, contracts analysis and benchmarking activities;
Guided identification of intervention priorities interweaving data analysis, contractual terms and deadlines, ongoing renegotiations, etc.);
Target market value analysis considering opportunities/risk areas;
Lead - gradually and guided
- renegotiations by developing strong negotiating skills;
Ensure that the policy and operational procedures are correctly executed.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Business / legal / humanistic degree is appreciated, a strong interest for Real Estate is required, a master in the field and/or previous experience is a plus
Willing to learn, being proactive, and contribute to the success of the Department
Excellent analytical skills, with sharp eye to detail
The ability to produce a high volume of outputs annually
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent organization and time management
High level of numeracy and IT literacy
Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive and enjoys working in a strong team environment
Commercial and Can do attitude
Paid Internship of 6 months (850 euros per months) + 8 euro ticket restaurant x day
