Work with a top producer, as Transaction Coordinator for LQ Commercial in our Naples, Florida office The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will provide transactional and administrative support under the supervision of our Managing Principal (MP). The TC is responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle matters of a confidential nature. Overarching responsibilities include performing all aspects of administrative support through research and real estate processing. He/she will have hands-on involvement with tenant representation, leasing, sales, and investment opportunities and assignments, while bearing witness to all aspects of commercial real estate deal cycles. Assist with communications / outreach. Assist with data entry / updates / pipeline, invoicing, and transaction management. Qualify interested tenants and buyers. Prepare / edit transactional documentation (and other correspondence) on behalf of MP. Assist with market surveys, property/space comparisons, data analysis and other deliverables. Provide lease reviews, abstracts, and basic financial analysis where applicable. Track assignment updates and update client communications. Respond to all internal and external client requests for data and information. Show space, as requested. Track and/or triage transaction documents. Ensure marketing has thorough, accurate, and prompt information, imagery, documents. Ensure timely and accurate marketing campaign completion / distribution. Database research, as requested. Order client gifts, as requested. Manage content for MP's third-party profiles and/or social accounts. Track upcoming events and award opportunities. Process meeting requests, organize and oversee MP calendar. Assist with travel arrangements. Miscellaneous special project and administrative functions, as requested. QUALIFICATIONS Two years of administrative experience in the real estate industry. Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license preferred (or willingness to obtain near-term). Intermediate Microsoft and database management proficiencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail – excellent proofreading and editing skills. Analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively prioritize deadlines. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Maintain professional, discretionary, and proactive performance.
