MUST LIVE IN SWFL. This is NOT a remote position. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and process all paperwork related to the closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyMake calls and emailsNegotiate repairs, oversee home inspections, and ensure a timely close of dealsMaintain open communication between all parties and coordinate relevant details such as moving schedulesRecord customer information in the office database, track transaction activities, and submit the necessary documents to the broker for reviewProvide exceptional customer service by accurately and clearly communicating information both verbally and in writingQualificationsMust live in SWFL.
