The Training Specialist will report to the Director of Quality and Staff Development and will work closely on both global and local projects. He/She Will be involved in the end-to-end design and delivery of learning and development solutions and collaborate closely with other HR teams and stakeholders/internal clients across the Baglioni Hotels & Resort to ensure the effective and efficient development of projects.
Key responsibilities: He/she works on the training need analysis and the training plan definition Follows Public Financed Training He/she coordinates the implementation of trainings and proactively proposes solutions to design new ones He/she works on the training calendar, manages organization and logistics of in-class training programs . He/she supports in-class training session. He/she creates internal training and initiatives
Qualifications: Fluent in English. Excellent knowledge of Office 365 package Strong orientation in analisys, details and research Excellent organizational skills Problem solver oriented: he/she focuses on problems trying to find out the solution. Strong interest in learning the dynamics of a multinational company and in exploring opportunities to deliver what is required. Proactive, problem-solving mindset, also regarding his/her own constant and never-ending improvement. He/she works within a global organization, where virtual and face-to-face work are fundamental to the way we work.
