Training Specialist At Baglioni Hotels & Resorts Head Office Milano

Our Training strategy enables us to empower people and provide training and development opportunities which is fundamental to our overall business growth.

The Training Specialist will report to the Director of Quality and Staff Development and will work closely on both global and local projects. He/She will be involved in the end-to-end design and delivery of learning and development solutions and collaborate closely with other HR teams and stakeholders/internal clients across the Baglioni Hotels & Resort to ensure the effective and efficient development of projects.

Key Responsibilities: Works on the training needs analysis and the training plan definition. Follows Public Financed Training. Coordinates the implementation of trainings and proactively proposes solutions to design new ones. Works on the training calendar, manages organization and logistics of in-class training programs. Supports in-class training sessions. Creates internal training initiatives. Qualifications: Fluent in English. Excellent knowledge of Office 365 package. Strong orientation in analysis, details, and research. Excellent organizational skills. Problem solver-oriented: focuses on problems trying to find solutions. Strong interest in learning the dynamics of a multinational company and in exploring opportunities to deliver what is required. Proactive, problem-solving mindset, also regarding constant and never-ending improvement. Works within a global organization, where virtual and face-to-face work are fundamental to the way we operate. Good attitude towards standards, processes, and results. Passion for traveling. Good knowledge of digital tools.
