In this role, we can offer a full-time role, with flexible working arrangements, such as hybrid working up to 80%, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.APM is looking for a Training Specialist to join our team in Vado Ligure (IT).Your role:Facilitates the training needs analysis studies and confers with the Training and Development Coordinator.Formulates programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems or changes in products, procedures or services.Cooperates in the development of training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.Support the coordination of the organization of mandatory and non-mandatory trainings as per law and policy.Performs training analysis as required.Monitors and evaluates training program periodically, conducting surveys, interviews and observations to gather feedback on training effectiveness.Promotes a culture of continuous improvement that values ongoing learning and staying ahead on current and new training trends, implementing innovative training solutions.Assists on evaluation and recommendation of assessments tools.Partners with all roles in the People function and HRBP function to ensure perfect alignment with all processes impacting on life cycle of employees.Punctual support in management of certifications archiving, to cope with legislation.Adherence to Training policies and local Skill & Training Matrix.Provides Training and Development Analytics.Key Requirements:College degree in Education, Humanities or related subjects.Fluency in English and Italian at mothertoungue level.General knowledge of requirements and needs for mandatory training laws.High level of planning and organizational skills.Ability to influence other team members in a positive way and partner with People function.Knowledge of HR/Training tools and systems.Good oral and written communications skills in addition to effective interpersonal skills.Good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.Proficiency in creation of PowerPoint presentations.Location: The position is based in Vado Ligure, Italy.
